visiting my bro

When we were visiting my parents, we also got a chance to visit my brother. He lives about fifteen minutes from my parents.

It was his daughter's sixth birthday. She is almost exactly between my two girls in age - but she is nearly as tall as my oldest who is tall for her age. I like these pictures of the cousins. It wasn't until we went for a walk and they got ahead of away from the adults that they started to talk.

The hands on the top are my brother's. They are pretty rough from the last job he had. He recently changed jobs and the new one is physically less demanding and his hands are on the mend. He has massive hands like my grandfather.

I have large hands for a woman and my fingers just reach the second joint on his hands.

This pic of K showing off tickles my fancy.

I am sharing this at A Few of My Favorite Things - because it is!!
