I made this hardware necklace at the beginning of March. I've meant to revisit the idea as I am not convinced that I am satisfied but I have been too busy and probably will remain too busy for quite awhile. So I am sharing it here.
Don't you love it when God reminds you that the sassy 8.5-year-old--who spends most of her waking hours contradicting you, whining, harassing her younger sister, or just be obnoxious because she wants to--is a precious child?

She sure is a little sleeping beauty! Aren't they angels when they are sleeping! Can I tell you though, that my 13 YO is still like that! Some days she is just so nasty to her brother one minute and then desperate to play wii with him the next! Lucky we love 'em!
ReplyDeleteJust had to tell you too that I lOVE your switch plate idea-very clever!
Best wishes for a great weekend,
Natasha.
Excellent thought. I am already getting the constant contradicting. I haven't even started to figure that out yet!
ReplyDeleteMy Daughter just asked me to get hardware to make a necklace. She got a book at school that tells you how to make them. She want's to glue paper on it too. I am foolowing your blog and would love for you to follow me back :)

So true. My kids can be so nice to one another one minute and then mean the next. I try to focus on the nice moments :)
