this that and the next thing

This is Kyler, the little guy you all have been praying for. Here is at home in Mom's arms - and guess what!! He is gaining weight.

My rusty muffin tin and button wall art is being featured at Etsy.

Hubby uses those disposable face cleansing cloths. I used the container for this basket.

In the realm of extra-Biblical Christian books, I have found three books that have really made a positive impact on how I think about God and my relationship to Him.

My newest find is Living the Lord's Prayer by David Timms. I am not quite ready to try to articulate the power of this book but I want those I know to look for it and read it.

It ranks with My Utmost for His Highest by Oswald Chambers and Fearfully and Wonderfully Made by Paul Brand and Phillip Yancey.

  3. My Utmost For His Highest has had almost as much impact on my Christianity as the Bible and I do not say that lightly. Incredible book and such an incredible blessing--even after my nth time through it.

Those tins are too fun. Glad the baby is doing better.

Mum loves Utmost...I couldn't get into it myself, I might try again soon.

I'll look the Lord Prayer book up, thanks.
