last night i went out to move the sprinkler, while i was out i saw this dragonfly flitting and then i saw him land on a sunflower. i approached him to watch - he turned around a couple times and then drooped his wings. i decided to go in and see if i could get my camera and photograph him - i think he was settling for the night.

btw for those of you are interested in the photos take by the kids who took my photo seminar earlier this summer, you can see their photos here. they used 800 iso disposable cameras for these photos.

    How have you been? Busy, I guess, huh? The girls look very sweet in their prairie dresses :)

    I just finished buying the whole set of Little House books one by one. I bought used library books. I'm working on a library for the Grandchildren.
