In October - or after the marathon - We Went to SoCal

The first day there we went to the beach. The water was pretty cool but a good time was had by all. Here K runs down to fetch some water. 

 

The girls went body boarding. They really enjoyed it.

 C found a four inch or wide crab. She kept it in a bucket it an observed it while we were at the beach and then returned it before we left.

 
We stayed until sunset because K wanted to see the sun set into the ocean.
