Can you believe it? I forgot to post the photos of the party favors from C's Anne of Green Gables Tea Party. They were the best part!! To see the photo booth, flowers, tea spread, and games from the tea party, check out my previous post!!
See why I was so proud of the favors? They were cute and easy and made me look like a fabulous Mom. The tea cups and tea bags are obvious choices. The faux pearl bracelets represent the pearls that Matthew gave Anne, the candle represents the way Anne and Diana Barry would signal to each other, the lily of the valley was one of Anne's favorite flowers. The candy...we just tried to go with really nice grown-uppish candy.
C wrote the phrase "Kindred Spirits" on the tag. The girls got to pick their favorite tea cup to take home with them.
Both my daughter and I are impressed! Lovely.
ReplyDeleteOh, I love them.
ReplyDeleteOh I adore the party favors! What a great idea! Hugs and blessings, Cindy
ReplyDeleteCatching up all your new posts, Melissa. What a delicious party! These favors are so grown up yet so Anne-young-girl-sweet. Absolutely perfect. The Rennfest looks like a blast, your free spirit pictures are my faves. Your kids are going to have so many memories stored up in photo form to look back upon.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! :)
ReplyDeleteI can't believe I missed this post. I am having difficulty mastering my blog reader. I just love these. Kindred spirits has special meaning for me, my husband wrote a song when we were married with that phrase. Such thoughtful and meaningful gifts for the guests.
